What does it do?
Care for your customer and be closer to their needs! The callback request form is simple: Your customer inserts his name and his email address. You will get a email notification with this data.
It is easy to implement the form to your shop - by magento cms widgets it you decide where the form is displayed. The module prevents multiple form submissions by the same customer.
You can configure the frontend messages, email notification template and the callback form template on your own in the adminpanel.
